Home prices presented a mixed picture. The median sales price was $400,000, down 4.8% year-over-year and 0.9% month-over-month, while the average sales price reached $477,000, increasing 4.6% annually and 5.5% from February.
 
Housing supply also expanded in March, with active listings increasing to 287, up 19.1% year-over-year and 18.1% month-over-month. New listings climbed to 114, while months' supply increased to 6.1, giving buyers more options and reflecting a more balanced market.
