The information contained in this 25-hour Postlicense course will reinvigorate you and provide you with the skills and steps necessary for a successful commercial real estate career. Additionally, the final 3-hour module meets the requirements of the GA Real Estate Commission's license law mandate for license renewal and is designed to keep licensees out of trouble.
