How do I become a Member?
The Pickens County Board of REALTORS® has 3 different memberships: REALTOR® (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license), REALTOR Emeritus® (40+ years of REALTOR® membership and completed one year of NAR service), and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS® must complete (2) new member training requirements within 6 months. For more information, click here.
How do I complete an Application?
Apply Online - Please use the online application link below to apply for membership.Applicants may opt to pay membership dues by check instead of a credit card.

Please note: All applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Upon completion of your application and provisional membership, you will receive a welcome email that contains your account login, membership ID number, instructions on retrieving your receipt, and an explanation of new member training requirements (if applicable). REALTOR® type members will use their active Membership ID number provided in the welcome email to access member benefits, along with GAR forms.

Membership Type & Fees
In order to join the Association, you will need to pay the prorated amount of your membership fees and an application fee. PCBR's, GAR's and NAR's fiscal cycles run January 1 - December 31.
REALTOR® MEMBER
$530/yr
A REALTOR® is defined as an individual who holds an active real estate or appraiser's license.
REALTORS® also hold membership with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
