Thank you for your continued membership with the Pickens County Board of REALTORS®!
At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of membership renewal and continue to strive toward making this process as easy as possible. Your feedback is appreciated. Please, remember that your annual membership is due to be renewed by January 1st of each year.
Renewal Information

Members will be notified via email of the Renewal options and deadline.

Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive renewal information to share with their agents and receive updates regarding who has not yet renewed in the office.

RPAC - please make your Fair Share Investment when you renew.
To pay by check, please include either a copy of your invoice or your license number on the check memo and send it to Pickens County Board of REALTORS® - 5784 Lake Forrest Dr. Atlanta, GA 30328. We also accept cash or money orders, provided the exact amount is tendered.

Please view and pay your invoice online. If you do not know your username or password, you may request it to be emailed to you from the login screen.

Include a Donation with Your Renewal
Support PCBR's Community Service Projects
As part of our commitment to community service, your membership renewal will feature an optional $25 donation to add to your renewal and help support PCBR’s service projects in Pickens County. Your donation funds vital initiatives like toy drives and school supplies for children in need, making a real impact. Every dollar helps create a stronger, more caring Pickens County.

As you go through the prompts to renew online, you can enter any donation amount you feel comfortable contributing or you may use the "remove" link next to the Community Projects Donation to remove before entering your payment details.
Payment Plan Available
May I make partial payments?
If you are a REALTOR® member and your primary membership is held with the Pickens County Board, you will have a Payment Plan option when making payment online. Three installments will be applied to your credit card: first installment of $204 is paid on the day you enroll; the second installment drafts on January 1st for $125, and the third/final installment on February 1st will be $201 + voluntary RPAC investment and voluntary Community Projects donation. The Order Summary screen will still reflect the full amount of the membership. Members are encouraged to enroll/submit their first installment by December 1st to take full advantage of the payment schedule.
Please note this plan is available only online and payments will be processed automatically to the credit card information you provide. The payment plan is only available to renewing members, not new member applications, and you must renew online and submit your first installment by December 31st to take advantage of this payment plan.
TERMS
By signing up for the payment plan online, I give authorization to the Pickens County Board of REALTORS® to charge my credit/debit card account for my membership renewal on the specified installment dates. All payments are non-refundable. Members utilizing the payment plan who are not paid in full by February 1st will incur a $50 late fee and membership benefits will be discontinued.
Tax Deduction Information
GAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the state level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, GAR has estimated $10.20 (8.32%) of dues as nondeductible.
NAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the federal level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, NAR has estimated $55.00 (35%) of dues as nondeductible. The $45.00 Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment is fully deductible.
