Extreme Home Makeover: Enforcing Use Restrictions & Architectural Controls in Community Associations

About Event

You will review different types of enforcement mechanisms permitted by community association covenants and common defenses usually raised against these enforcement procedures. Additionally, you will learn about federal laws regulating enforcement issues in community associations, such as the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Fair Housing Act.
