In January 2025, Paulding County’s housing market showed mixed results. Home sales fell 5.0% to 151 units, but prices increased. The median sales price rose 3.02% to $375,000, and the average price went up 4.1% to $398,500.

Active listings grew by 29.3%, and the month’s supply of inventory increased by 35.4%, giving buyers more choices. New listings edged up 1.18%, keeping home availability steady.
