NWMAR 2024 Leadership Application

The Northwest Metro Leadership Academy promotes growth, involvement, and leadership within the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® and the real estate community through education, training, and professional development. Participants will experience quality enrichment opportunities and be challenged to grow personally and professionally through self-understanding and the refinement of leadership skills.
Key Details
Eligibility:
Up to 10 participants will be selected. Applicants must:- Be full-time, active NWMAR REALTOR® members.
- Have at least 2 years of licensure.
- Have completed a minimum of 5 closed or leased transactions.
Application Deadline:
Applications are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025.Program Fee:
$150 (refunded if not selected).Commitment:
Sessions will be held in person, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with lunch provided. Attendance is required; one excused absence is allowed.

- February – GAR Legislative Day (“Day at the Dome”)
- March 5
- April 2
- May 7 – Community Service Project Workday
- June 4
- July 2
- August 6 – Past President’s Panel
- September 3
- October 1
- November 5
- December 2 – Graduation at Holiday Luncheon
Graduation Requirements
To graduate and be recognized at the 2025 Christmas Luncheon and Installation, participants must:
- Attend all sessions (one excused absence permitted).
- Attend Day at the Dome.
- Attend one or more NWMAR Committee meetings by August 30.
- Remain a full-time REALTOR® and NWMAR member in good standing.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with an assigned Board of Director mentor.
