PCBR High School Scholarship Deadline: May 2,2025

The Pickens County Board of REALTORS® has arranged for up to three (3) annual $1000 scholarships to be awarded to 3 Pickens County students who choose to attend any college/university in the State of Georgia. The award is for one year and is intended to assist a deserving student in continuing his or her education at the college. A recipient is expected to have maintained at least an overall "C+" or equivalent grade-point average at the time of the award, although the Scholarship Committee of the Pickens County Board of REALTORS® may waive this requirement under extraordinary circumstances. The Committee's selection shall be final and conclusive and shall be awarded without regard to race, sex, religion, age, handicap, or national origin. The Committee reserves the right in any year not to award a scholarship.

Deadline for submission is May 2, 2025 by 5:00 pm

No late applications will be accepted

In order to submit a completed application, you must include the following:

  • Attach three (3) written references from non-relative adults. Only one of these references can be from a teacher.
  • Attach letters of acceptance from the college or vocational/technical school. If a letter is not available at the time of submission, it can be mailed after the deadline as follows: Bethany Barnett at bethany@pickensrealtors.com
  • Attend the interview if you are selected as one of the finalists for the scholarship.
